2. Heard Sri G. Jalpath Reddy Svr, Iearned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Services-Ill appearing for respondent Nos. I to 3 and 5 and 6, ald Sri M. Murali Krishna, learned Standing Counsel for Accountalt General appearing for respondent No.4. With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the lis raised in the present Writ Petition has already been adjudicated by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23138 of 2025, which was disposed of utde order dated O3.O9.2O25, and thus prayed to pass similar order in the present writ Petition also. 5. Having rega-rd to the above made submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 03.09.2025 passed by lhe Division Bench in W. P. No.23 1 38 of 2025, the present rMrit Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensur( that the entire amount payable to the petitioner be released forthwilrh within a period of six (06) weeks from today, failing u hich, the entire amount with regard to retiral benefits shall carry interest at the rate of 1O%o per annum from the date the amoLur'- leli due till it is actually paid. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
