2. Heard Mr.Ravichettu Guru Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue representing learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted an F-line application bearing No.AODO 22400066834 dt.l1-04 -2024 before respondent Nos.2 and 3 seeking to conduct survey, demarcate and fix boundaries in respect of land admeasuring 605 sq. yards in Sy.No.63 2 /C, situated at Station Ghanpur Village and Mandal, Jangaon, 2 Jagaon District. But so far no action has been taken by officiai respondents. Therefore, he seeks to pass appropriate orders.
4. .'Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue contends that fiistly, the petitioner has not submitted the F-line application as per the relevant provisions of the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Fl.ecord of Rights in Lanci) Act,2025 (for short, "the Act, 2025"1 duly enclosing all the necessary documents; that secondly, the petitioner claimed the property by virtue of the sale deed doctrment bearing No.3742 of 2Ol5 dated 02.12.2015 and that the prevalent Circulars do not permit the official responderrts to conduct survey in respect of plots.
5. He lurther contends that there are civil disputes between petitioner and respondent No.S and hence, the petitioner ought to have erpproached the civil Court to redress his grievance. Stating thus, he seeks to dismiss the Writ Petition.

Having regeud to the submissions of both the learned counsel and on perusal of the material available on record, this Court, w:ithout making any observations on the merits or demerits t>f the case, is inclined to direct official respondents to communi<:ate its decision'*,ith regard to the F-iine application of the petiticner dated LL.O4.2O24 and pass appropriate orders, as J expeditiously as possible, strictly in accordance with law, by issuing notices to all the interested parties and affording them sufficient opportunity of hearing. Since, notice is directed to be issued on respondent No.5 further service of notice on respondent No.5 stands dispensed with.
