6. For the reasons alike in judgment dated 22.08.2023 in W.P.No.838 of 2023 and in terms thereof, this Writ Petition is disposed of as follows:

1. The petitioner shall furnish a bond tbr a sum of ) Rs.50,0001 (Rupees fifty thousand only) with rwo sureties for a likesum each to the satisfaction of the concerned ( { respondent under rvhose custody the vehicle is lying.

2. The petitioner, in addition, shall file an alfidavit befbre the said Officer stating that he shall not alienate, encumber or transfer, in any manncr, thc tractor i.e., JOFIN DEERE Tractor bearing No. TGl6El053.

3. The aforesaid affidavit shall be filed within a period of four (04) weeks fron.r today.

4. The petitioner shall also furnish an undertaking that he shall produce the aforesaid Tractor as and when directed by the respondent concerned.
