His n:une was a_lso mutated in Revenue records and isstre d pattedar passbooJ.l zr-rd title deed in his favour. 4

It is to be noted that the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Huzurabad has granted ad interim injunction in IA.No.217 of 2022 in OS.No.76 of 2022, dated 15.03.2022 with regard to the subject property. As per the submissions made by respondent No.4 the application hled by the petitioner herein for un-blocking of the said Court Cases from Dharani Portal is pending consideration. Since there is an ad interim injunction with regard to the subject property in the aforesaid civil case, this Court deems it appropriate that no Mandamus can be issued to respondent No.4, as prayed by the petitioner in the present writ petition.
