Coming to the case of claimants fbr enhancement o[ compensation, thc clairnants aIe alleging l.hat the deceascd rvas gcl.ting a suln ol Rs.20.000/- per month as driver of transporl vehicle rvith Rs.400/- pel day as batha. [n addition, it is also deposed tha[ tlic deccased rvas r.r,orking as a barber- on weekends and had income of Rs. 10,000/- per month and thus, had total l{s.i5,000/- per month income. The Tribunal considcrcd the inconre of the deceased at Rs.20,000/- pcr uronth on thc basis of oral evidcr.rcc ol' PWs I and 3.
