HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE N. BALAYOGI Writ Petition No.26163 of 2016 ORDER: (V. Ramasubramanian, J) Pursuant to the interim order passed on 30-09-2016, the petitioner has already joined the First Year of MBBS Course and has completed one academic year. Though the common interim order passed in the aforesaid writ petition along with other writ petitions became the subject matter of challenge, the order by itself was not upset by the Supreme Court, though the relief was granted to the candidates whose NCC certificates were not accepted. Therefore no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
