The facts of the case in brief are that petitioner claims to be Chief Executivc Officer o[ trther Wing Aerospace Pvt.Ltd., and in the course of organizing a major national-level aerospace innovation event titlcd "lnnovators Conclave 2O25" at BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus, he was introduced to respondent No.4 on 12.12.2024, r.r'ho presented himself as capable and influential organizer u,ith access to hundreds of engineering colleges across the Country. Respondent No.4. claimed that he had strong connections with over two hundred institutions and that he could mobilize a minirnum of six hundred to seven hundred students for the event. Accordingly, petitioner entered into a written agreement with respondent No.4 that respondent No.4 would fulfill all his commitments. However, respondent No.4 deceived the pctitioner and the event got collapsed eventually. Thc petitioner suffered financial loss and damage to the reputation of his company. In that regard, petitioner made a representation to respondent authorities on 17 .11.2025 ;F7r l ) 3 detailing aI1 the events. Since no action is it rthcoming, the present writ petition is liled

5. After arguing for some time, learned ( ounsel for the petitioner submitted that he would make a l csh complaint before respondent authorities and prayed thrs Court to pass appropriate orders to that effect

Recording the submissions made by lear red counsel on either side, this Writ Petition is disposed of grrr rting liberty to ii4:.: the petiLioner to approach respondent authorities and file a fresh complaint. Once such complaint is made by petitioner, respondent authorities shall consider the same and take appropriate action strictlv as per the procedure contemplated undcr la\'v.
