4. Learned counsei for the petitioner submits tt at the petitioner, u.hile serving as Inspector of Police, Narsaprr Circle, Medak District, was clismissed from service l-'y p - rt'-eedings dated

23.05.2015 on the ground of his conviction in C l. No-22 of 2Ol4 renclered b1,, the learned I Additional Special Jud 1 : for SPE & ACB Cases, Hvderabad and during the subsisterr:e o[ the said punishment of dismissa-I, the petitioner atta i red the age of superannuation on 30.O4.2017 and conseque - Jy retired from sen'ice. It is further submitted that the p( t tioner preferred Criminal Appeal No.355 of 2016 before this Cotrr challenging his conviction, and the said appeal was allowecl on 28.02.2025, resulting in his acquittal from all the charges. t ursuant thereto, the petitioner submitted a representation datt:, 04.03.2025 to respondent No.1 requesting settlement of his pers ionnn' and other benehts.
