3. With the consent of both the parties, this writ p:tition is being disposed of at the stage of admission.

When the matter is taken up for consideration. eamed counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction to respondent Nos.lt o 5 to examine and pass appropriate orders on his TM33 application tl; ted 04.07.2025 vide receipt No.D0167008 and Bhubharati Ref No 2 500055760 lor passbook data correction in respect of land to an e( ent o1- Ac.3.28 guntas in Survey No.1 l4lKha- I situated at Setty d tmakur village sivar, Gadwal Mandal, Jogulamba Gadwal District ('s rbject land' for brevity). 5 Leamed Assistant Govemment Pleader for Rer :nue appearing for respondents seeks short span of time to dispose c1 the apptication submitted by the petitioner.

6. Having regard to the submissions of both the eamed counsel and upon considering the material available on recor I, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition by directinl; respondents to examine and pass appropriate orders on the a1t rlication dated
