3. i) The petitioner appeared for the Telangana LAWCET-2025 examination and secured 45.1993 marks with Rank LLo74. Thereafter, the petitioner participated in both the first and second phases of LAWCET counselling by duly exercising his web options. , / Il r J SN,J W.P.No.35983 of 2O2s despite fulfilling all eligibility requirements' the However petitioner was not allotted a seat in either phase of counselling' ii)Subsequently,thepetitionercametoknowthat42seats out of the sanctioned intake of 120 seats in the college of Law, Palamuru University, are lying vacant even after the completion of both Phases of counselling' iii)Thepetitioner,alongwithothersimilarlyplaced candidates, made repeated written representations and oral requests to Respondent Nos'1 and 2 requesting that the vacant seats be filled through a Spot Admission Notification in accordance with the established procedure' However, the respondents have failed to take any action to fill the vacant seats' Aggrieved by the Same, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

The limited relief as sought for by the learned counselappearingonbehalfofthepetitionerinthe present writ petition is a direction to respondent No'2 toconsiderthegrievanceofthepetitionerasputforth 4 SNrJ W.P.No.35983 of 2025 : \ vide representation dated L7.L1.2025 addressed to the respondent No.2 herein, which haS been acknowledged by the office of the respondent No.2 on t7 '*'2025 pertaining to the issuance of spot admission notification for vacant L.L.B. seats in the university coilege of Law, patamuru university and to consider the case of the petitioner for admission to the 3 year L'L.'. course for the academic year 2025- 26, duly taking into consideration the petitioner,s merit and the rules governing LAWCET_2O25. 5' Learned counser appearing on beharf of the petitioner further submits that as per the instructions issued to the candidates, the teft over vacancies in the university pertaining to private. unaided M.B.A. and M.c.A. .cofleges wourd be fifled through the institutionar spot admissions to be conducted by the respective coileges and therefore, rearned counser appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that the respondent No.2 shourd forthwith consider the representation of the petitioner dated L7.11.2O25 and issue a spot admission notification for vacant L.L.B. I (.- 5 SNrJ W.P.No.35983 of 2O25 seats in the University College of Law, Palamuru University which has 42 vacancies for the academic year 2025-26.
