It is submitted by learned counsel appearing lor the petitioner as well as the respondent No.2, that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the pafties have comprornised tlre matter and accordingly, I.A.Nos.l and 2 of 2024 have been filed to record the compromise between them and to cornpound the offences.

3. Vide order dated 06.01.2025, this Court directed the parties along with their respective counsel to appear belbre the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad, for identiflcation and to submit a report. \ N 2

4. Pursuarrt to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties have appeared and the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Cornrnittee, has identified the parties and submitted a report, dated 08.01.2025 and the same is placed on record.

5. In view of the above, I.A.Nos.l and 2 of 2024 are allowed. Consequently, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceeilings against the petitioners/accused Nos.l and 2 in Crime No. 136 of 2024 of Utkoor Police Station, Narayanper District, are hereby quashed.
