2. Heard Sri D.L. Pandu, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Services-Ill for respondent Nos.1 and 5, learned Government Pleader for Services-I for respondent Nos.2 and 3 and Sri M. Muralikrishna, Standing Counsel for Accountant General, appearing for respondent No.4. With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for =.. \ the petitioner submit that the les raised in the present Writ Petition has already been adjudicated by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23138 of 2025, which was disposed of uide order dated

03.09.2025, arrd thus prayed to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also. 2

5. Having regard to the above made submissions and for the reasons alik,: in the order dated 03.09.2025 pa.ssed by the Division Bench in \'.P. No.23138 of 2025, the present writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensLrre that the entire amount payable to the petitioner be released forthwith within a period of six (06) weeks from today, failing ',vhich, the entire amount u'ith. regard to retiral benefits shall c€Lr{i interest at the rate of lOoh per annum from the date the amotrnt fell due till it is actually paid.
