Petition under Article 226 ot the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to lssue a Writ, Order, or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the Respondents No. 2 to 4 in disposing of the Petitioner's application bearing No.ROS022003107532 and the subsequent representation dated 17.10.2025 and 28-1O-2025 tor the mutation of his name in the revenue records with respect to the agricultural land admeasuring Ac 0.32 Guntas in Survey No. 71H, Masanapally Village, Gundala Mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust, and violative of Arti,:les 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of lndia and Consequenfly, direct the Rer;pondents No. 2 to 4 to forthwith consider the petitioner,s application, conduct a summary enquiry after providing a reasonable opportunity to all concerned parties including Respondents No.S and 6, and pass appropriate orders for the mutation of the Petitioner's name in the revenue records by deleting the names of Respondents No.5 and 6 in respect of the Khata No. S04 with an extent r)f Ac. 0.0050 in Sy. No. 71N111 and another extent of Ac. 0.0500 in Sy. No.71lj7ul1l1, with a total extent of Ac.2.2O guntas and another Khata No.461 with an extent of Ac. 0.0050 in sy. No. z1Al2l l and another extent of Ac. 0.0500 in Sy. No. 71RUl1l2, with a total extent of Ac. 2.20 guntas. 2. HerLrd Mr. R.A.Chary, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. L.Rayinder, learned Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.l to 4. Perused the record.
3. Wil;h the consent of both the parties, this writ petition is being disposed ()f at the stage of admission.

Leerrned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has made an application bearing No.ROS022003 107 532 before respondent No.4 seeking 'ialidation of the unregistered alienation/transfer of land admeasuring Ac.0.32 guntas in Survey No.7lH Masanapally Village, Gundala lvlandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District and for mutation of his name in the revenue records. Pursuant to the said application responderrt No.3 has issued public notice dated 25.09.2025 scheduling an enquiry into the matter and the petitioner has attended the said enquiry. Subsequent to the said enquiry the petitioner has submitted a represerrtation on 17.10.2025 to respondent No.2 and on 28.10.2025 3 to respondent Nos.3 and 4 to expedite the process and mutate his name in the revenue records for the remaining extent of Ac.0.32 guntas and issue consolidated pattadar passbook. In spite of the said i representations no action has been taken so far. Thus, seeks to pass t t appropriate direction.
5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents seeks short span of time to dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner

Having regard to the submissions of both the learned counsel and upon considering the material available on record, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition by directing respondents to examine and pass appropriate orders on the application No.ROS022003107532 submitted by the petitioner for validation of the alientation/transfer of land to an extent of Ac.0.3200 guntas in Sruvey No.7lH of Masanapally Village, Gundala Mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 4 \ To,
