2. Heard learned colrnsel for the petitioners and Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue representing learned Government Pleader for I Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.l to 4. Perused the record

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the ..-..+?*^ petitioners purchased land admeasuring Ac. 1- 1 1 guntas in Sy.No.l99 123 l2 situated at Uttaraspally Viliage, Kondurg Mandal,*{mlier Shadnagar ll{andal Rangareddv District ,lq Y 2 the year 2012, through unregistered sale deed, wherein the said lald was originally assigned to one Sri N.'I rirumalaiah, who is the father ol the petitioners vendor. [t is further submitted that the petitioners have submitted rr'1 resentations dated 22.12.2022 and 25.01.2023 before respr ndent Nos.2 and 4 requesting reassignment/mutation of tht: subject lald in their names. Hou.ever, despite receipt cf the said representations, no action has been tal<:n by the respondents. Hence. this r.l.rit petition.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader br Revenue submits that the Telangana Assigned Lands F :ohibition of Transfers ,\ct 1977 (amended in the year 2OO7 \ 2018) and Lavoni Rules. do not permit to transfer the as;igned lands which have been assigned to the original ass gnee. It is further submitted that the representations of ti 3 petitioners are under consideration and appropriate ord : 's rn ould be passed in due course of time.

Having regard to the submissions of bot.t the learned counsel and on perusal of the material availatr : on record, this Court without making any observations on he merits or demerits of the case, deems it approprlate to dir: :t the _official I i _) respondent No.2 to consider the representations dated

22.12.2022 and 25.O1 .2023 submitted by the petitioners for reassignment/mutation of the subject land in their names and pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible, strictly in accordalce with law
