3. It is stated that earlier M/s. Victory Alloy Stt,r ls Limited and others have executed a registered Agreement of Srr e-cum-General Power of Attorney in the favour of the petitioner ir respect of the property bearing Plot Nos.l to 43 and 77 to 37 (54 Plors) aimeasuring I 9978 square yards in Survey Nos.82 4 t t 829, 83 1 and 833 situated at Medchal Village and Gram Pancl ayar, Medchal Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, vide doc r ment bearing No.23211 of2006 dated 18.11.2006. The vendors c the petitioner applied for layout in respect of the subject land r I then HUDA (Hyderabad Urban Development Authority) and th,: HUDA issued draft residential layout plan vide lr rout permit No.63llvIP2,tIIlDA/06 dated 17.11.2006 in File Nc,. 1250/MP2lPlg III2OO4 for an extent of Acs.63-10 guntas and 1 l0 rrr uare yards out 3 of total extent of 83-00 guntas. The petitioner had been in the possession of the subject land. Thereafter, as AGPA the petitioner sold Plot Nos.l to 27 in part admeasuring 10769 square yards in Survey Nos.824 to 289,83 1 and 833 under registered sale deed bearing document No.1025 of 2007 dated 28.12.2006 in favour of M/s. Grepyath Holdings Private Limited, Bangalore.

4. lt is stated that certain plots have been retained by the petitioner and were not sold. Later final layout plan was released by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) in File No.Gl/ll8l/I'O1202 dated 10.0.2023 for an extent of Acs.63-

10.93 guntas out of total extent of Acs.83-00 guntas. In the lrnal layout dated 10.02.2023 released by the HMDA, the plots to an extent of 12,270 square yards have been deleted. As the layout was obtained by his vendors, the petitioner enquired with them and they did not give proper reasons, as such, the petitioner submitted representation dated 16.10.2023 to respondent No.2 seeking explanation for deletion of plots. However, there is no response or reply from respondent No.2, as such, he is constrained to approach this Court to file the writ petition. t 1 I :i I I I l i L I I I l l I l ' l l l l 4
