2. None appeared for the petitioner. 3. I have heard Mr. R. Laxmikanth Reddy, learned Assistant I Government Pleader for Home, appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3, and Mr. M. Sahas Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing on behalf of respondent No. 4.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the respondents/Police have never interfered in any civil dispute of the _ . petitioner, nor have they insisted on his appearance without reason or I I I 2 compelled him to vacate the subject landed property. lt is further submifted that the petition lacks substantiating material, and therefore, the contentions raised are without merit and liable to be dismissed. 5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that respondent No. 4 has no concern whatsoever with the allegations raised by the petitioner. 6. 7. The petitioner, however, asserts that respondent Nos. 3 and 4, at I have perused the material on record. the instance of unofficial respondents, have been insisting on his presence and also pressuring him to vacate the subject landed property. 8. Having regard to the submissions advanced and considering the jurisdictional limitations of the respondents, respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are directed to refrain from interfering in any dispute of the petitioner which is purely civil in nature. Further, it is directed that the petitioner shall not be summoned to the Police Station, save and except in strict compliance with law. 9. With this direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
