BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No.14 15 of2O25 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed praying this Court to declare the action of respondent authorities in issuing the impugned endorsement No.B/2aOZ S/2024, dated 04.O9.2024 rejecting the request made by the petitioner for release of the caretaker property i.e., land admeasuring Acs.240O.O0 guntas in Sy.No.7 situated at Mansoorabad Vi age, Saroornagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without conducting proper enquiry and without ,t affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioners, who are in occupation of the same as illcgal, arbitrary, unconstitutional ancl violative of Articles 2L and 3OO-A of the Constitution of India and for other appropriate reliels.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are the plots owners of various extents forming part of Sy.No.7 situated at Mansoorabad Village, Saroornagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. It is further submitted that the pattadar of the land Smt.Haneefa Bee, W/o. Burhanuddin kept the said land uncler the custody of the Government as care taker. It is further su bmitted that the name of the original pattadar was recorded in all the revenue records, which is

3. Consiclered the submissions of the iearned counscl for the respective parties and with their consent this rvrit petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

4. Sri Y.Ranadheer, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Forest has submitted that earlier some of the plot owners have filed writ petition and this Court, while disposing of the t! W.P.No.26934 of 2O18 and batch, relegated thc pctitioners therein to approach the competent Court to r:stablish their rights over the property, but without pursuing the said remedy, another writ petition also hled urde W.P.No.221 of 2024 beforc this Court for rclease of the property from the allegcd custody of the Governnlent. By an order, dated 0l .O5.2A24 this Court dismissed the said writ petition and aggrieved by the same W.A.No. 1342, of 2024 was filed and this Court dismissed the said appeal uide judgment, dated 29.17.2024. Thc same is nol disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

In viei.r' ol the above submissions and as it is stated by the learned courrsel for the respective parties that the issue raised I -) CVBR, J Wp_t4t5 2025 in this writ petition is squarely covered by the orders passed by this Court in W.A.No.1342 of 2024, this Court, following the said judgment, dismissed this Writ Petition, giving liberty to the petitioners to go before the appropriate civil Court as directed by this Court in W.A.No. 1342 of 2024, dated 29. 1 1.2024.
