3. Heard Mr. P.V. Krishnaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.A.Chandra Shekhar, learned Standing Counsel for Northern power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited, for respondent No. l; learned Government Pleader for Services-Il appearing for respondent No.3 and learned GovernmenL pleader for Services-lll appearing for respondent No.4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner,s sister namely Karukuri Ramya Sri was appointed as a Sub Engineer 2 RRTV,J wp 36623 2024 to the in Pursuarrce bv Memo the authorities (Electrical) lhrough direct recruitment Notilrcation dated' 24 O5'2O18 issued by dated 31 .12.2018. While his sister was working as a Sub Engineer under the jurisdiction of the respondents' she died in the boat accident took place on 15.0g.2O1g (Sunday) during papikonda visit, Statc of Andhra Pradesh' thereby not only the petitioner but also the entirc family of the petitioner was in shocking condition' Lrarncd counsel for the petitioner further submits that the 5. District Collector by proceedings' dated 13 O1'2020 paid an amount of Rs.2,00,00O/- as ex-gratia to the petitioner' Subsequent to the death of his sister, the petitioner has submitted a representation' dakd 27 .O1'202O, to the respondents to consider his request for compassionate appointment Howcver' no action has bcen taken by the respondents so far ' Hence' learned counsel prays this Court to to consider the representation' dated dircct respondent No l
