2. Crimina-l Petition No.15516 of 2025 has been filed by the petitioners / accused Nos.l, 2, 3 and 5 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.527 of 2023 on the h1e the Judicial First Class Magistrate at SangareddY.

3. Heard Mr. P Vamsheedhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr.V.Jithender Rao, Iearned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent No.l and Mr' S.Raghavender Goud, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.2, in both the Crimrnal Petitions.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that during the pendency of these Criminal Petitions at the instance of the well wishers, relatives and elders, the parties have settled the dispute and entered into compromise and fi1ed .Ioint Memo' Accordingly, the parties herein have filed I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 to permit them to compromise the matter and to record the compromise.

5. This Court uide order, dated 25.1 7.2025 and' 26.11.2025, directed the parties i.e., the petitioners and respondent No.2, to appear before the High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad, on or before 02.12.2025. In compliance of the said order, the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, has submitted report, dated 28.71 .2025, stating that the petitioners 2of4 21 412026 , 4:21 PM 3 and respondent No.2 were duly identified with r opies of their Aadhar Cards It is further stated that the parties .e. petitioners and respondent No.2 have willfully and wrthour any coercion entered into compromise.

In view of the said reports and also iri view of the compromise entcred between the petitioners ar l, responclent No.2 as well as the submissions made by the rcs1,r ctive parties, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2O2S in both the Criminal jetll ions are allowed. Consequently, the proceedings in C.C. N,. 9t6 of 2022 on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class I lagrstrate at Gadwal are hereby quashed against the petitror :rs/:rccused Nos. 1 and 2 in Criminal petition No. i 54g 1 of 2( 25 and the proceedings in C.C. No.527 of 2023 on the file tht: _ :dir:ial First Class Magistrate at Sangareddy are hereby quashec against the petitioners/ accused Nos.1, 2, 3 and 5 in Crin i ral petition No. 15516 of 2025.
