With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. I I

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner. submit that the lis raised in the present Writ Petition has already been adjudicated by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23138 of 2025, which was disposed of uide order dated O3.O9.2O25, and thus prayed to pass similar order in the present I Writ Petition also. o

5. Having regard to the above made submiss ons zrnd for the reasons aiike in the order dated 03.O9.2025 passeJ by the Division Bench in W.P.
