2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri E. Venkata Siddhartha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, submits that the lis in the t I present writ petition is squarely covered by the adjudication of this Court in its order dated O2.O4.2O25 in W.P.No.27684 of 2023, and therefore, prays this Court to pass a similar orders in the present writ petition.

3. The above made submissions are not seriously disputed by smt. P.N.v. Mahalakshmi, learned counsel, representing Sri N.
