3. Learned counscl for thc petitioner submits that the pettttoner n as appointcd and posted as Lab Assistant on lO . 12.20 1 9 at Kham mam . Thereafter, shc u'as transferred to Kothagudem l\,Iilk Shcd on 21.12.2024. and u'hile working as such. resporrdent No.2 issued the impuened proceedings dated
14.71.2025, transferring the petitioner. in the middle ol the academic ]/ear. to Mahabubnaqar Milk Shecl, u'hich is about (4 0O) km s au a. from l(othagudem, ancl the same is wholly illegal, arbitrarv and violatir.e of principles of natural justice. As subh, thc petitioner submitted her representatioll to respondent No.2 on 12.12.2025, requesting her retention at Kothagudem BMCU. Hou,ever, no action has been taken thereon so far Therefore, learned counsel prays this Court to direct respondent No.2 to consider the same and pass necessary orders within a timeframe as malr be stipulated b1- this Court

Learned Standing Counsel appearing lor respondent Nos.2 and 3, on filing of counter-affidavit, submits that the Inspection Team of Head Office have visited Khammam Milk Shed, 3 Khammam, on O4. 1O.2025, and submitted a report stating the availabilitl' of a huge manpo\\'er for meager levels of procurement and sales, r.r'h icl-r is cattsing heav-v financial burclen to the Federation. As suctr, it r.r,as proposed to operate Kl-rammam i\4ilk Shecl in Operation;rl and Maintenance and also proposed to shilt three ernplovees, including the petitioner herein, u,ho has been translerred to Mahabubnagar Milk Shed. Likervise, the other ts'o inclrviduals. viz., P. Anitha Kumari and B. Srilatha, u,ere also translbrred to other places. [t is further submitted that the alorcsi cl ts'o em plor-ccs have submiLted their representations, rvhich are under consideral-ion. Hence, it is fairly submitted that resl;ondent authorities will also examine the petitior-rer's represcntation clated 12.12.2025, and pass appropriate orders in accordar-rce s'ith law.
