Learned Standing Counsel appearing lor respondent Nos.2 and 3, on filing of counter-affidavit, submits that the Inspection Team of Head Office have visited Khammam Milk Shed, 3 Khammam, on O4. 1O.2025, and submitted a report stating the availabilitl' of a huge manpo\\'er for meager levels of procurement and sales, r.r'h icl-r is cattsing heav-v financial burclen to the Federation. As suctr, it r.r,as proposed to operate Kl-rammam i\4ilk Shecl in Operation;rl and Maintenance and also proposed to shilt three ernplovees, including the petitioner herein, u,ho has been translerred to Mahabubnagar Milk Shed. Likervise, the other ts'o inclrviduals. viz., P. Anitha Kumari and B. Srilatha, u,ere also translbrred to other places. [t is further submitted that the alorcsi cl ts'o em plor-ccs have submiLted their representations, rvhich are under consideral-ion.
