Both parties have stated that an amount of Rs.40,00,000/- was given by way of Demand Drafts, as detailed in para -4 of the terms of compromise filed along with LA.No.l of 2025,by petitioner No.4 to respondent No.2 and she received the same Both parties intend to compromise the matter as per the compromise deed entered into between them, which was also signed by the parties and the learned counsels representing them.
3. Therefore, the compromise entered into between the petitioners and respondent No.2 is recorded. I.A.No.1 of 2025 is ordered. 2

2. At the insiance of elders and well-wishers, the parties her':to have settled their dispute on the following terms:

It is submitted that, to amicably settle the dispute, the Fe titioners herein agreecl to pay Rs.40,00,000 (Rupees Forty Lakhs only) towards compensation and resolution of all disputes and the Respondent No. 2 herein agreed to receive the same, towards consideration flrr settlement of dispute and the same was rec orded in Order dated 08.01.2025 in the present Writ Petition.

That Respondent No.2 received Rs.20,00,000/- @upees Twenty Lakhs only) by way of Demand Draft No.238754 dated 24-01-2025 drawn on SBI Bank, Jangaon Branch hereby acknowledge thti receipt of the same. The balance amount of Rs,20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Laldrs onty) is also received by the Respondent No. Ir) by way of Deman Draft No. 238783 dated 10-0 -2025 drawn oniSI] /y ? 6. The Petitioner do hereby admit that, the Respondent No.2 is the owner and possessor of land in Sy. No. 94/4 of Jangaon Mandal and District situated abutting western side of the compound wall of the Petitioner's petrol Bunk.
