3. Heard Mr.Mukhram Khan, learned counsel representing Mr.D.Bala Kishan Rao, learn:d counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Service.;-i -"r: th.e respondents.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had earlier' filed w.P. No.5602 of 2o0s seeking sanction of family pension and other death benefits consequent upon the death of her husband, duly counting the service rendered by him from the date of his first appointment i.e.,
28.06.1989 and the said writ Petition was disposed of by order dated 12.o2.2oo8 directing the respondents to count the service rendered by the petitioner's husband w.e.f. 28.o6.L989 for the purpose of pension/family pension and other consequential benefits. Aggrieved thereby, the respondents preferred w.A. No.305 of 2010 and the Division Bench of this court dismissed the said writ Appeal uidejudgment dated 21.03.2022. As such, the petitioner submitted a representation to respondent No.4 on
03.06.2022. Respondent No.4, in turn, forwarded the representation to respondent No.l uideletter dated 07.06.2022. 03.06.2022 anrd the letter dated 07.06.2_022 forwarded by respondent No.4 for implementation of the order dated
12.02.2008 passed in W.P. No.56O2 of 2005, as confirmed by the Division Bench in W.A. No.305 of 2O1O by judgment dated
21.03.2022, within a time-frame to be stipulated by this Court.
5. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents fairly submits that respondent No.1 will consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2022 and. the letter dated 07.06.2022 forwarded by respondent No.4, in accordance I I with law.
6. Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.1 to consider the representation dated
03.06.2022 submitted by the petitioner, along with the letter dated 07.06.2022 forwarded by respondent No.4, for implementation of the order dated 12.O2.2OO8 passed in W.P.
