2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Agriculture appearing on behalf of the respondents. Perused the material available on record.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered 2 TMD,J wP_35576_202s by the common order of this Court dated IO.O7.2OL5 in W.P.No.25293 of 20 14 and batch, as modified by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.Nos. 1 I22 and 1 136 of 20 16, dated

03. 1 l.2016. Further, this Court, while disposing of W.P.No.48 of 2021 and batch uide common order dated 07.09.2021, held as under: "11. In uiew thereof, the Writ Petitiotts are disposed of, granting libertg to the petitioners to ma.ke applications in compliance with the requirement of Clause 5 of tlrc orcler of the Gouernment of India, bearing N<t.5.O.882 (E), dated 23.03.2021, tuitldn two (02) rueeks from the date o-f receipt of colty of this orcler. If such applications are made within the time stipulcted aboue, tlrc contpete.nt authoritg slrall process the same and if satisfied, to issrre prouisional Ceftifi.cate of Registration in Form G-3, within four (4) weeks thereafter. It is mo.de clear that the competent authoitg is entitled to 12. collect santples in compliance of ktrt-C of the order dated 23.02.2021 and test the conpatibility of the products nteeting the parameters to be marketed 2 as bio-nutdents, before granting tlrc prouisional certificate of Registration.
