It is submittc 1 that petitioner purchased thc sr-rbject plot and registered the se me in the name of petitioner's rvtfc i.c., respot-tclcnt No.7 het'etr . Sr-rbsequently, respondent No.7 rievelopecl dislike against thr: p, titioner and left his compan,r and is residing s ith her parerr s. It is further submitted that rcspondent No.7 approached r:spondent No.6 ald influenccd I'rim, due to u hich responcle n No.6 came to petitioner's house and has been intcrfering intc the petitioner's peaceful possession, life and liberLv and als,) threatened the petitioner to settlc thc disputes ',r'ith responder t No.7 and also tried to evict the petitioner. Ther eafter, respor r ient No.6 called the petitioner to Policc Station on rnultiple tirr t s and when the petitioner ditl rrot attend, rcsponclent No.6 sent rhc constables to -) the petitioner and created panrc situation.
