Heard Mr. J.Sravan, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr.V.Jithender Rio, learned Additional pubtic prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 and Mr. p.Sat5zanand, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.2. 2 Learned counsel for the petiLioners submi ted 3. during the pendency of the present Criminal Pet i ion at the instance of the well lvishers, relatives and elders, the rarties have settled the dispute and entered into compromise ar < Iiled Joint Memo. Accordingly, the parties herein have filed I'A'N:;'3 and 4 of 2025 to permit them to compromise the matter and L record the compromise.

This Court uide order, dated 25.1 1.2025, directr'r the parties i.e., the petitioncrs and respondent No 2, to appear bef rre t'he High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad, orl or before 02.12.2025. In compliance of the said order, the Sec 'r:tary, High -services Committee, has submitted l't port, dated Court t egal 02.12.2025, stating that the petitioners and responde t t No 2 were duly identified with copies of their Driving License/Aa lhar Cards' It is further stated that the parties i.e. petitioners an: respondent No.2 have willfully and without any coercion e-rtered into compromise. That the Petitioner No.1 agreed tq give a sum of Rs' 18,5O,00O/- (Rupees Eighteen Lakhs Fifty Thousand only) in the name of elder son - MASTER.D.PRATHIK,agedabout14yearsbywayofFixedDeposits before any Nationalized Bank as security for his higher education and future upbringing. The Petitioner No.1 agreed to give a sum of Rs.18,50,000/-(RupeesEighteenLakhsFiftyThousandOnlyinthename of younger son- MASTER. D. GAURAV PRADHAN aged about 7 yearsbY wayoffixeddepositsbeforeanyNationalizedBankassecurityforhis higher education and future upbringing. Both the petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 cannot withdraw the fixed deposit amounts and only the beneficiaries are entitted to withdraw same upon legally attaining 18 years at the time of higher education. This amount is paid through D.D's in the name of their minor son's MASTER. D' PRATHIK, MASTER' D' GAURAV PRADHAN which is handed over to the respondent no.2 on the date of withdrawal of the Maintenance case i.e., M.C. No.115 of 2022 & FCOP No. 70/2023, & GWOP No.2/2O23' The two DD's i'e', Each for Rs.18,50,000/- will be fixed deposiLed in their joint account of respondent no.2 and minor sons. Fixed deposits shall be for duration of 4 years, upon attainment of maturity of the elder son that is MASTER. D. PRATHIK, after which it can be withdrawn. Fixed deposit shall be for a duration of 11 years, upon attainment of maturity of the younger son that is MASTER. D. GAURAV PRADHAN between 11am to 5pm initiaily by the respondent no.2 in her presence for the 1rt three mrl tths to a Mall or any public place as mutually decided. OZS vide Cheque No.3B70B0 ,IDBI BANK, ROAD NO.2, BANJARA H.I LS BRANCH in the name of the respondent no.2. The cheque will be randed over to the respondent no.2 on the date of appearance befr:.e the State Legal services Authority/Mediation centre at High court () the Terangana for closing of the criminal casl i.e ., CC 518 of 2023 .

10. That the petitioner No.1 and respondent no.2 agreed to withdraw all the Pending cased being FCOp No.70 of 2023 (by,onverting the same into a case for Mutuar consent); M.c. No.115 of 2022 Maintenance case), CC No.51B of 2023 (Offence u/sec.498A Ipc) and GW( )p No.2/2023, CRL' 7307/2025 and cRp 1832 oF 2025 in the Famiry cour s, Magistrate court and High court respectivery and not to make any c aims against each other and not to initiate any civir or criminar cases vhatsoever against each other and their family members in future.
