Brief facts statctl in this writ petition are that the petitioner along with others claims to have purchase land admeasuring to an eitent of Ac.5_25 guntas in Sy.No.24, Ac.0_19 guntas in Sy.No.2g and Ac.g_01 guntas in Sy.No.29, Ac.14-05 guntas, situatecl at Collur Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Redcly Dishict, from one Sri.panjala Venu Gopal through his GpA holder Sri.M.C.Anil Kurnar, for total sale consideration of Rs.2,33,0 6,500 / _. It is further submitted that after paying sale considcration amount, petitioner for regishation have presented the draft sale deed before the sub-Regishar, L.B.Nagar and the same was returned by assigning pending document No P3053/2015 Trre casc of the petitioner is that on 22.70.2025,after attencring meeting with other partners at Minerva Hotel, Madhapur, petitioner lost .t:'i \' I 2 pending document No.P3053/2015 dated 14-10.2015.
