This writ petition has been filed seekrng to declare the action of the respondent No.4 in not taking action on the petitioner's complaint submitted through mee-seva portal dated O7.O7.2{J25with regard to missing of original registered sale deed bearing document No.5852 of L985 and original GpA document bearing No.258/1994, registered at s.R.o Nizamabad and not registering FIR and not issuing the non-traceable certificate as illegal, arbitrary and violative of prirrciples of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to register EIR on the petitioner's compliant dated 01,.07.2025 and issue non-traceable certificate in relation to Missing /Losttlocument.
3. Brief facts as stated in this writ petition are that on 05.06.2025, while moving on bike from Sri Nagar Colony to Pulang, petitioner lost his bag which contains original registered sale deed bearing document No.5852 of
1.986 and original GPA document bearing No.258/1994, registered at s.R.o Nizamabad. Thereafter, through Meeseva oidc application No.15200107?J)1%724ggs dated 07.07.2025, petitioner made a complaint reporting missing document/titte deed. The case of the petitioner is that titl 2 date respcndent authorities did not initiate arry action on the petitione/s complaint dated 07.07.2025. Aggrieved by the sarne, this wdt petition is filed.
4. karned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for responderrt Nos.L to 4 fairly submits that if the petitioner approach the respondent authorities and submit the representation enclosing relevant documents, the respondent authorities would receive the same and would take appropriate action in accordance with law.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner pray this Court to grant liberty to petitioner to submit the representation enclosing relevant document;, before the respondent authorities and fur-flrer pray this Court to direct the respondent authorities to consider the same and take action in a time boun,l period.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader did not dispute the same and pray this (lourt to pass appropriate orders. 7- Rec,rrding the submission made by the leamed counsel on either side and without expressing any opinion on tlre merits of the case, this writ petition ir; disposed of granting liberty to petitioner to submit the representa,lion enclosing relevant documents, before the respondent authorities and thereafter, the respondent authorities are directed to consider the same ,tnd take appropriate action strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiou:;ly as possible.
