Petitioner filed the present Civil Revision )etition under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set asitlt the impugned I)ocket Order, dated 23.10.2025 in I.A.No. lgt! o| 2024 in O.S.No.204 of 2024 on the file of the leamed I Adi tional District and Sessions Judge --cum- Judge, Additional 'amilv Court, Medchal Malkajgiri District at Kushaiguda, r.r cl cxtend the interim order dated 06.11.2024 passed by the learlt.r trial Court in the said I.A )

Perusal of record would reveal that the petitioner herein and respondent Nos.15 to 26 have filed the said suit in O.S.No.204 of 2024 against respondent No.1 and others, to declare the lease deed bearing Document No.465 of 2018, dated20.01.2018 and to declare the rectification deed bearing Document No.3828 of 2019, dated

16.05.2019, as null and void, and also for perpetual injunction against the respondents/defendants from interfering with the suit schedule properry in any manner and for payment of damages to the petitioner and others.

5. In the said suit, petitioner has filed an Interlocutorv Application vide I.A.No.1869 of 2024 in O.S.No.204 of 2024 under Order XXXIX, Rules I and 2 of C.P.C. seeking temporary injunction. On 06.11.2024, leamed trial Court granted status quo order that exists as on that date in respect of the suit schedule property tilt 18.11.2024. The said interim order was extended up to

23.10.2025 on which date according to leamed counsel appearing for the petitioner, he could not notice the case in the cause list. Thereforg, he could not represent the case when called. Vide Docket / J Order, dated 23.10.2025, learned trial Court passec rhe following order: "1.A. is pending. No rcpresentation by the coL r ;el lbr the petitioner. For hearing, call on l8.l 1.2025.,, 6 Thereafter, petitioner has filed a petition vide I A.No. 1336 of 2025 seeking advancement of I.A.No.1869 of Z02A n O.S.No.204 of 2024 liom l8.l 1.2024 to any shortest possible darr . The said LA. was allowed on 04.11.2025. Even then, leamed trial Court did not extcnd thc said stetu.s quo order.

8. As discussed supra, petitioner filed the prescnt cvision under Article 227 of constitution of India, to set aside the )ocket order. dated 23.10.2025 in I.A.No.l869 of 2024 in O.S.N: ZO4 ot-2024. The said I.A. is filed underOrderXXXIX, Rules l r.r d 2 of C.p.C. 'Iherefbre, present revision filed by the peti.. )ner is not maintainable. lf he is aggrieved by the said order. he has ro prefer an appeal. However, learned counsel fc: the petitioner restricted his relied to a direction to the leamed trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.l869 of 2024, in accordance rvith [aw, as expeditiously as possible.

In the light of the said subrnission, the fact that the pleadings in I.A.No.l869 of 2024 are complere, rhis Civil Revision petition is disposed of directing leamed I Additional Districr and Sessions Judge -cum- Judge, Additional Familr Court.
