2. Heard Sri Akkam Eswar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their consent, this Writ Petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage. 2 EVV, J Wp 35484 2025

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner filed a suit for partition and separate possession ufde O.S.No.198 of 2O19 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Siddipet and a preliminary decree was passed and as per the said decree the petitioner is entitled to I / 3ra share in suit schedult: property. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that out of the land admeasuring Ac.3.13 guntas, the Government had acquired the land admeasuring Ac.L.lZ guntas for the purpose of construction of Integrated District Collector's building and compensation amount was credited in her SBI account on 09.1L.2O22. The remaining extent of land i.e., Ac. 1.36 guntas and out of which the petitioner is entitled 1/3.d share i.e., Ac.O.2S guntas in Sy.No.L43/all, situated at Marpadaga Village, Kondapak Mandal, Siddipet District in terms of the decree in O.S.No.198 of 2019 and therefore, the petitioner made an application bearing No.2300016453, dated 18.03.2023 for mutation of her name in the revenue records and for issuance of e-passbook but the same was reiected on the 3 EVV, J Wp _35484_2025 ground of no physical possession. Again the petitioner made an application bearing No.240o ra2s63, dated LB'r2'2o24, which was rejected without assigning any reasons. Hence, the petitioner fired the present writ petition. 4- Learned Assistant Government preader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has fairly admitted that the petitioner's apprication was rejected without assigning reasons and he wourd seek appropriate directions to the respondent authorities to pass a reasoned order. 5' This court has carefulry examined the impugned order rejecting the applications submitted by the petitioner. Except saJnng that the application submitted by the petitioner is rejected by the Tahsldar, ,o varid reasons whatsoever has been assigned to enabre the petitioner to take appropriate action. since the impugned order is not in consonance with the principles of natural justice, the is liable to be set aside and accordingry, the same is set aside and respondent No.4 is directed to re-examine the s€une ( 4 EVV, J Wp_35484--2025 - application bearing No'2400 132563' dated 18'12'2024 submitted by the petitioner and if she is otherwise eligible and entitle, consider the sarne and pass a reasoned order strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible' 6 Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of' There shall be no order as to costs' 7 Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed SD/.P.
