No.7 of 2018 by the learned Principal District Judge , at Nirmal.
2. The brief facts of the case are that the petitioner herein filed I.A.No.483 of 2025 in O.S. No.7 of 2O 18 to send the documents to thc Telangana Forensic Science Laboratory (for short 'TGFSLJ, Hyderabad, instead of Probelab Forensic, Hyderabad, as ordered uide order daLed 24.09.2025 passed in I.A.No.41O of 2025. Being aggrieved by dismissat ol I.A.No.483 o{ 2025, this revision petition is preferred.

4. lrarned counsel for petitioner contended that the documents sent to Probelab Forensic, Hyderabad, are not in accordance with law. While placing reliance on a precedent, he averred that the documents are required to be sent to the Telangana Government Forensic Lab owner and not to the ! Therefore, t he imptrgncd order is not in accordance with law, and the samc is liable to be set aside.
