2. Heard Ms.Allika Suresh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents.

3. karned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in pursuance of the proceedings No.I/LTR/3430/2O13, dated 2L.O8.2014, passed by respondent No.4, the respondents have issued pattadar pass book to the petitioner to an extent of 2 land admeasuring Ac.6_35 guntas out of Ac. l4_3S gts 1n Sy.No.34. However, the respondents have not issued pattadar pass book for the remaining land i.e., Ac.8.O0 guntas 1n Sy. No.35. Therefore, learned counsel prays this Court to direct the respondents to issue pattadar pass book in favour of the petitioner in respect of the land in Sy. No.35 admeasuring Ac.8.O0 guntas situated in Ghanapur Village, Achampet Mandal, Nagarkurnool District.

4. Learned Government pleader for Revenue, instructions, would submit that, if the petitioner submits online application, the respondents will consider the same and issue pattadar passbook in respect of land admeasuring Ac.8.OO g.untas in Sy.No.35

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make online application in the appropriate module of Dharani web portar within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On such application, the respondent authorities are directed to issue pattadar passbook to an extent of Ac.B.OO gts., as expeditiously as possibre, within a period of six weeks from the date of rece.ipt of such application.
