Though the present Writ Petition is hled seeking the aforesaid relief, at the time of hearing, Sri Avadesh Narayan Sanghi, learned counsel for t-I'.e petitioners, confrned his arguments and submits that in similar circumstances, this Court, vide order dated 09.12.2024 it W.P.No.33929 of 2024, permitted the petitioners therein to make a representation, for redressa.l of their grievance, and directed the respondents to consider the same and pass appropriate orders.
