No.43 of 2023 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Mancherial.

2. Heard Mr.B.Jagadish, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr.Aniganti Venkatesh, learned counsel for respondent No.2 and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of respondent No.1-State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that during the pendency of the present Criminal Petition, at the instance of the well wishers, relatives and elders, the parties have settled the disputes \ 2 pendinEi between them and entered into compromise and filed Joint compromise Memo. Accordingly, the parties have fited I.A.Nos.I and 2 of 2021,5 seeking permission to compound the offences and to record t the compromise entered between them.

Ttris court uide order, dated 24.r1.2o2s, directed the parties i.e., the petitioners and respondent No.2, to appear before the High court Lr:gal Services committee, Hyderabad, on or before ol.12.2o2s for their identification. In compliance of the said order, the Secretary, High court Legal Services committee, has submitted report, dated 28-r1.2025, stating that the petitioners and respondent No.2, were duly iderrtified with copies of their Driving license/Aadhar Cards/Pan Card. It is further stated that the parties have wiltfully and without any coerc,ion entered into compromise.

In 'uie'*, of the said report and also in view of the compromise entered between the petitioners and respondent No.2 as well as the submissicrns made by the respective parties, I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 are allowe:d. Consequently, the proceedings in S.C. No.4 3 of 2023 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Mancherial, are hereby quashed against the petitioners.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed, subject to payment of costs ol'Rs.S,ooo/- (Rupees five thousand only) to the High court Legal Sen'ices committee, Hyderabad and Rs.S,Ooo/- (Rupees five ., thousand only) to the Telangana High Court Advocates Association, Hyderabad, by the petitioners, on or before 31.I2.2O25.
