Having regard to the above made submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 03.09.2025 passed by the Division Bench in w.P.N o.23138 of 2025, this writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner be released forthwith within a period of six (06) weeks from today, failing which, the entire amount with regard to retiral benefits shall carry interest at the rate of 10% per annum from the date the amount fell due till it is actually paid' Misceilaneous petitions, if any, pend.ing in this Writ Petition shall stand cl0sed.
