Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are the owners of various extents of plots forming part of Sy.No.7 situated at Mansoorabad Village, Saroornagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. It is further submitted that the pattadar of the land Smt.Haneefa Bee, W/o. Burhanuddin kept the said lan d under the custody of the Government as care taker. It is further submitted that the name of the original pattadar was recorded in all the revenue records, which is \ I l I 2 r\ CVBR, J Wp_4 2025 evident from Munthakab and Sethwar No.l262/1352 Fasli, therefore, he prays to direct the respondents to release the subject property from the custody of the Government.

Sri Y.Ranadheer, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Forest has submitted that earlier some of the plot owners have filed writ petition and this Court, while disposing of the W.P.No.26934 of 2Ol8 and batch, relegated the petitioners therein to approach the competent Court to establish their rights over the property, but without pursuing the said remedy, another writ petition also filed uide W.P.No.227 of 2024 before this Court for release of the property from the alleged custody of the Government. By an order, dated O I .O5.2024 this Court dismissed the said writ petition and aggrieved by the same W.A.No. 1342 of 2024 was filed and this Court dismissed the said appeai uide judgment, dated 29.11.2024. The same is not disputed by the learnecl counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the above submissions and as it is stated by the learned counsel for the respective parties that the issue raised / / J CVBR, J Wp_4 2025 in this writ petition is squarely covered by the orders passed by this Court in W.A.No.1342 of 2024 ' this Court, following the said judgment, dismissed this Writ Petition, giving iiberty to the petitioners to go before the appropriate civil Court as directed by this Court in W'A.No. 1342 of 2024, dated 29 ' 1 | '2024 ' 6 As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any' shall stand ci,rsed.
