2. Heard Sri Thoom Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their consent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

I{aving heard thc lcarned counsel for the petitioner and the lcarned Assis[ant Governmenl Pleader for Rcvenue and since the petitioner has already submitted his objections to the impugned notice, which was issued pursuant to the application made by respondent No.7, this Court deems it appropriate to clispose of this u'rit petition directing respondent Nos.4 and 5 to take the petitioner's objections into consideration while conducting survey of the land in Sy.No.36 of Tharamathipet Village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and after issuing notices to all the interested persons/ neighbouring land owners including respondent.
