3. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner requested to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court for redressal of his grievance.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to ttre petitioner to approach competent Civil Court for redressal of his grievance.
