2. These are two Contempt Cases which had come before this Court against the so-called non compliance of orders passed in w.P.No. 1225 0f 2016 and w.P. No. 4 1797 0f 2015 both of which having got clisposed of on 19.04. 2Ol7 and 06.03 .2017 respectively'
3. Vide the said two orders in the writ petitions, there was a specific direction to the respondents to regularize services of the petitioners in accordance with the G.o.Ms.No-212, dated 22.04.1994 issued by the Government on their fulfilling the requisite eligibility criteria and also on their completion of five years continuous service against the sanctioned vacant posts' The orders of the High Court was subjected to challenge before the 2 Hon'ble Supreme courr vide slp(c) No. l3gl3 of 20lg which got dismissed on 23.07.2024 with a direction to ensure the implementation of the aforesaid orders. Meanwhile, however, .for non-compliance, these Contempt Cases were filed.
4. on the previous dates of hearing, the learned counsel representing the State along with Contemnors, who, are present in the Court, had assured the Bench of making efforts in ensuring that the orders are complied with in its letter and spirit at the earliest. The court has granted then some time and fixed the matter today.
5. Today, again all the incumbent oflicers of the post attached are present in the Court along with their Counsel. The Contermors have filed an affidavit dated 06.1 I .2025 showing the order of compliance made by the court. In the order dated 24.1,0.2025, the respondents have issued proceedings regularizing the (85) persons with effect from the dates reflected against their name in the tist i.e. on completion of five years of continuous service by these (85) persons.

Learned counsel for the respondent-Contemnors further has brought to the notice of the court that the pay fixation also has -/ 7r7 /,/ ,-/ 3 \ \ been done in respect of these g5 persons and they have been grantednotionalfixationandseniorityfromactualofregularization till06.03.2ol7thatwasthedateofWP.No.4|797of2015stood decided. Learned counsel for the respondents further has made it clearthatthepetitionerswouldbeentitledforactualmonetary benefitfrom06.03.20|Tonwardsbecauseonwhichdatethe judgmentrenderedbytheHighCourtintheaforesaidwritpetition.

During the course of deliberations' the learned State GovemmentCounselfortheContemnorsoninstructionsfromthe officerspresentintheCourthasassuredthateveryendeavourshall bemadeinensuringthattheactualmonetarybenefitisalso released to the petitioners maximum within a period of (90) days fromtoday.Inaddition,theofficerspresentintheCourthavealso throughtheirCounselinformedthatsofarasthepersonswhohave alsostoodretired/expiredduringtheinterveningperiod,the respondentsshallmakeanendeavourinensuringthatthemonetary benefits flowing from the order of regularization is actually releasedtothemwithinaperiodoffourweeks.Sofarasthe remainingpetitionersareconcerned,learnedCounselhasassured t Eiidi.;.ia the respondents shourd positivery make the payments within (90) days period assured.
8. With the aforesaid observations Contempt Cases stand disposed of. The respondents stand discharged from the contempt proceedings. Their presence also stands dispensed with.
