2. Heard Mr.sanjeev Reddy Gillella, learned coirnsel for the petitioners and Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue representing learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. Perused the record.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioners submitS that the petitioners are the absolute owners of agricultural lands admeasuring Acs.15.09 Gts in survey Nos.210, 2ll and 212 situated at "l 2 Pedda Mangalaram Village, Moinabad Mandal, Rangareddy District, having purchased the sarne through registered sale _ deed bearing document No.4Ol/2OI 1 dated 18.O1.2OL1; that the narnes of the petitioners were recordeC jn possession column in Adangal/Pahani for the years 1998-99, 1999-2OOO and 2OO0-2001, 2003-04, 2005-2006, 2O1O-2O1 1 and 2Ol3-

2014. He states that the petitioners have submitted on-line applications cited supra seeking for issuance of pattadar pass books. Despite acknowledging the same, respondent Nos.2 to 4 have not considered the case of the petitioners. Therefore he seeks to pass appropriate orders.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that appropriate orders would be passed in due course of time and seeks to dismiss this Writ Petjtion.

Having regard to the submissions of both the learned counsel and on perusal of the material available on record this Court, without making any observations on the merits or demerits of the case, deems it appropriate to direct the official respondents to examine the on-line application Nos. RC250000457 t, RC2500004572, RC2500004573, RC25000 4574, submitted by the petitioners and pass appropriate. -) orders, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of sixty (60) working days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, strictly in accord'ance with law, by putting the interested pi.-i:ties on notice and affording them sufficient opportunitY of hearing. 6 with the above direction, this writ Petition is disposed of.
