2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned (]overnment Pleader lor Enerry on behalf of Respondent No. 1, Sri N. Sreedhar Reddy, Iearned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL on behaif of Respondents 2 to 4 and Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.5 - Greater Hyderarbatd Municipal Corporation.

Ms. Nikita Goenka, learned counsel for petitioner submits that in somewhat similar circumstances, while dealing with Writ Petition No. 20121 ot 2025, this Court by order dt.14.O7.2O25 directed the respondents authorities therein to release the service connection, subject to the compliance of the statutory requirements by the petitioner therein, and hence, requested this Court to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also. Relevanl. for thc purpose of this casc are: "(iv) All thc nccessary service connections, such as, Electricitv, water supply, sewerage conneclion, etc., shall be given by the servicc provider / Bozrrd to the buildings only after the production of the completion / occupation certifica I c. (v) Evcn after issuance of completion certificate, deviation / violation if anv contrary to the planning permissior-r brought to the notice of the authority immediate steps be taken by the said airthority concerned, in accordance with law, against the builder / owner / occupant; and the official, u,ho is responsiblc .[or issuance of wrongful completion / occupation certificate shall be proceeded departn'ren tally forthwith. (vi) No permission / licence to conduct any business / trade must be given by any authorities including local bodies of States /Union Territories in any unauthorised building irrespective of it being residential or commercial building. (vii) The development must be in conformity u'ith the zonal plan land usage. Since the prayer of petitioner is to receive the application form and release individual service connections, this Court without going into merits ol the matter, directs the respondents to receive the application of petitioner and release service connection to lhe subject property, subject to petitioner complying with the directions issued by the Honble Supreme Court in Rajend.ra Kutnqr Barjatga's case (supra) and lhe statutory requirements prescribed by the local authorities.
