During the pendency of this Appeat, the Petitioneri/Appettant as wetl as Respondent/ lnsurance Company have entered into a settlement and in pursuance of the same, the Appeltant/Claimant has agreed to receive an amount of Rs. 5,50,000/ - (Rupees Five takhs fifty thousand onty) towards futl and final settlement in addition to the amount already paid towards compensation and the lnsurance Company has agreed to pay the same. Accordingty, compromise is recorded and the case is settted before the Lok Adatat. ln view of the above said settlement, this I(ACI\,IA No.193 0f 2023 is dlsposed of d'lrecting the lnsurance Company to pay the above said amount within a period of one ('l ) month from the date of receipt. of copy of this award after deducting the amount that was deposited, in any. ln the event of defautt or delay in making such deposit, the amount payabte shatl carry interest awarded by the Tribunat.
