RAVINDER, AGP FOF TEVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER 'l THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE E.V.VENUGOPAL WRIT PEIITION No.35285 of 2025 ORDER: Aggrieved by the inaction of respondent Nos.2 and 3 pursualt to the representation of the petitioner dated 23.10.2025, the present writ petition is hled. A consequential prayer is sought to direct to respondent Nos.2 ald 3 to take action pursuant to the representation dated 23.10.2025 and to implement the orders of this Court dated O9.O4.2OO2 passed in W.P.No.22339 of 1996 on receipt of an enhanced amount, as per the market value and allot lands to the petltloners.

2. Heard Ms. P.Sree Ramya, learned counsel representing Mr. Lalith Jogi, learned counsel for the petitioner on record and Mr. L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.l to 3.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are represented by their GPA holder. It is further submitted that the petitioners were allotted Ac.42-25 guntas of land in Survey No.1O1/A/1 on payment of the value fixed by the government and were issued final pattas in their favor on 27.10.1979. It is further submitted that the petitioners transferred their allotted land to M/s. Lepakshi Cooperative House Building Society and subsequently 2 challenged the orders of calcellation of their pattas r de W.p.No.22339 of 2016 before this Court and this Court dispose,l of the said. writ petition with the following direction: "...this Court feels it is reasonable that the Society o sum of Rs.30,0OO/ - per acre, which if allotted t.t 1aQ), the ualue taould be Rs. 190/- per acre. 3) The 4tn respondent- Cooperatiue House Building L deposit the amount at the aboue rate for the en,i Ac. 42-25 Wntas u.tithin a peiod of three months Ji of receipt of a copg of thi"s Order. It is further submitted that the said Coop e -ative Societ5r is dissolved subsequently and the plots are still vacar 1 and were in the name of the petitioners. It is further submitted that though the petitioners / applicants are the title holders, they arr: not able to enjoy the rights over their property in spite of paymenr. of full amounts decided by the Government. It is further sub nitted that the petitioners are in follo*,-up with respondent Nos.2 ar:r. 3 from the year 2022 and are ready to pay the enhanced amount as per the present market value and a representation dated 23.ro.2o2s:s also submitted to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to that effect. But till da:, ., no response is received pursuant to their representation. Aggrieved .hereby, the GpA holder representing the petitioners is constrained .o file this writ petition. 3

5. Learned Assista.t Government pleader on the other hand submitted that the petitioner's representation will be duly considered and appropriate orders would be passed, if eligibre, and seeks to pass appropriate direction s.

6. .This court having heard rearned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue, deems it appropriate to direct respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.1o.2o2s, keeping in view the delay aspect and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law by issuing notice to a-11 concerned / interest parties and after affording sufficient opp ortunit5z of hearing thereafter. 7 . with the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
