Heard Mr.C.Damodar Reddy, learned counsel for the petiiioner and trlr.R.Laxmikanth Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents. 3 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, on account of the inaction of respondent Nos.3 to 6 in not properly investigating Crime No.368 of 2015 and in failing to seize certain documents belonging to the accused, namely Passports, Aadhar Cards, DBS Bank Card, P.R. Card, and CPF Card, the present writ petition has been filed seeking appropriate directions. 2

Learned Assistant Government pleader fo" Home, on the other hand, submits that after due investigation in ( rime No.36g of 2015, a charge sheet was filed, and the case has b( en taken on file as C.C. No 131 of 2023 before the learned lX AiJitional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Miyapur. Having regard to the developments in the s since the charge sheet has already been filed anc numbered, the petitionefs grievance regarc aid crime, and the case duly ing improper investigation stands addressed by the respondent_p: ice authorities. lnsofar as the prayer relating to the seizure ol the accused's documents is concerned, such matters fall within the prerogative of the investigating agency, which is empowered tc regulate and secure documents in the course of investigation r rith a view to ensuring the presence of the accused and facilitat rg the judicial process. Moreover, once the case proceeds to trial, he question of seizure or production of documents, if contested, is e matter for the trial Court to consider and decide irr accordance with I 1W.

7. ln this view of the matter, the prayer made in :l e present writ ....-petition is unfounded. However, liberty is reserved tc the petitioner 3 to place the issue before the prosecution for appropriate action' if so advised. Subject to this observation' the writ petition is dismissed.
