With their consent, this writ petitioner and learncd Assistalt appearing for respondcnt Nos. I to petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 2. This writ petition is hled a-lleging that the respondent Nos.2 and 3 are interfering with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner artd respondent Nos.4 to 7 and his associates. 3' Facts of the case as stzrted in brief are that the grandfather of the petitioner namely Syed Babu Miya was a protected tenant of the land admeasuring Ac.g.34 guntas in Survey No.22l (OId Survey No.21 1) of patloor Village, Marpally Village, Vikarabad District (hereinafter referred as "subject land,). It is submitted that petitioner and his family members are in peaceful possession of the subject land from l9SO,s without any interference from any corner and that the father of the petitioner was also granted protected tenancy rights by way of proceedings uid.e Flle No.D/29a9/ dJ92 dated 03. 12.1992 issued by the M.R.O., Marpally Ma;rdat. +. The main grievance of the petitioner and his family members is that respondent Nos.4 to 7 along with their henchmen started interfering with the peaceful possession of the petitioner,s schedure property by creating fabricated and false sale deeds and tried to i ! I 2 dispossess the petitioner lrom the schedule propert, and thus the petitioner and his family members filed a civil suit uic e O.S.No.205 of 2025 beforc thc Junior Civil Judge at Vikarabad nd the suit is pending adjudication. Aggricvcd by the action of rc;pondent Nos.2 and 3 this writ petition is filed.

On thr: written instructions issued by respondr r t No.3, learned Government Plea.der for Home subm;.tted that, respo: dent No.3 and his staff are discharging legitirnate duties and did I rt call, harass, threaten or interfere rvith the petitioner's personal lire liberty or civil disputes and herve not taken any coercivc stcps agait:t the petitioner in any manner and also stated that as per the stati()r recorCs, as of now, the petitioner herein is not involved in any crirr i ral case on the hle of respondent No.3.

Having considered the abo're facts and circum.,r tnces and also in view of the closing of the case by the respondents as civil in nature, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of tlr . case, this wril petition is disposr:d of directing thc respondent Nos.2 ,I 3 to follow due /./ / 3 procedure as contemplated under law both on the petitioner and on the subject property.
