3. The brief facts of the case as stated are that petitioner is engaged in the business of manufacturing plastic products. The Government of Telangana introduced T-IDEA (Telangana State Industrial Development and Entrepreneur Advancement) ./ ) Incentive Scheme, 2014 extending incenLives :r rd benehts to new Industrial Enterprises set up in the stat : It is further submitted that the operational guidelines unct r the T-IDEA Incentive Scheme, 2Ol4 ale notified. The said Q t). provides for reimbursement of tax, power subsidy and reirr bursement of infrastructure expenditure in addition to reirt tursement of power cost/ subsidy and interest subsidy. t is further submitted that respondent No.3 issued sancti rn letters for various incentives such as Investmer t Subsidy, reimbursement of Sales tax, reimbursemer 1 of Interest Subsidy under Pavala Vaddi Scheme and reirr rursement of Power Cost with total amounting to Rs.51,42,0!) i/-. However, the above sanctioned amount has not been reieri ed and thus, the petitioner had taken up the matter with tlrr Dcpartment concerned for pa5rment of the incentive amoutr-_ payable to it and submitted representation, requesting for t re release of sanctioned amounts, as the petitioner is in dire r eed of funds, I which was threatening its very existence. l is further submitted that consolidated proceedings were ir;. ued wherein amounts were released to several units whose se -ial numbers are behind the petitioner's serial number. l is further submitted that petitioner has set up the projer: considering 3 that the State Government should provide incentives as per the policy and that the petitioner would be able to have competitiveness in the market place. By delaying the release of such incentives, the petitioner has been put to a serious disadvantage. Questioning the same present writ petition is filed.
4. karned counsel for the petitioner submits that on a similar set of facts and circumstances, this Court passed orders in W.P. No.9153 of 2023 by directing the respondents to release the amounts due and payable to petitioners within a period of eight (O8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order ald prays to pass appropriate order in the present writ petition.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Commerce and Industries did not dispute the same and on instructions of The General Manager, District Industries Centre submits that sanction letters were issued for release of the various incentives granted to the petitioner's company. It is further submitted that the amount would be released as and when unit terms comes as per seriatim for disbursement of funds. It 4 is further submitted that respondent No.2 will tat e action for release of funds as per the budget availability.

In view of the same, recording the above sui missions of either side and without expressing any opinion or the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of rt recting the respondent authorities to pay the various incent ves as per their entitlement, as expeditiously as possibl,: preferably within a period of three (O3) months from the date rf receipt of copy of this order.
