It is stated that the petitioner is the local resident of Bachupally Village and Maldal, under Nizarnpet Municipal 2 Corporation, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, and there exists Komafi Kunta (Lake) forming part of Sy.Nos.126, 722 and 137. It is further stated that respondent Nos.3 to 8 have conducted several joint surveys stating that there is FTL land in Sy.Nos.126/p and 137 /p, whereas rcspondent No.2 has issued a letter vide No.N6.LP/182312023, dated 21.12.2023 stating that as per the sethwar and Pahanies, Sy.No. 127 is classified as poramboke sarkari to an extent of l.c.2.37 guntas which is falling in the Shikam of Komati Kunta Cheruvu. The grievance of the petrtioner is that in terms of the directions of this Court, he suhmitted number of representations to stop the illegal constructions in the FTL (Full Tank Level) .limits of the Komati Kunta, to protect the said take, but in order to facilitate the adjacent cncroachers/ land grabtiers, the respondent authoriLics are not taking action to identify.and hx the boundaries of the said lake. :
