With their consent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposai.
2. This writ petition has been filed queslioning the action of respondent No.3 in continuously calling the petitioner to the police station, harassing, threatening to implicate in false criminal cases, pressurizing to settle the matter with the un-ofhcial respondents and interfering with the petitioner's personal life and liberty and civii disputes as being illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and violation of Articles 14, 15, 16 and 21 of Constitution o1 India and seeking a consequentiai direction to the 3.d respondent not to harass, call the petitioner to the Poiice Statron, not to threaten, not to pressurize to settle the matter with the un-offlcial respondents a.rd .r8t to interfere with the petitioner's personal life, liberty or civil disputes without following due process of law.

Learned Assistant GovernmenL Pleader for Honte has placed the instructions of Sub-Inspector of Police, Malkajgiri Police Station wherein it is submitted that 4e respondent has lodged a complaint against the petitioner with the 3'd respondent on 31.1O.2O25 stating that the petitioner and others cheated the complainant, trespassed, forged the documents and threatened. Subsequent to filing of the said I I I .,i 2 \l - complaint, petition entry was made. During the co 1r.se of inquiry, 3.0 respondent issued notice to complainan[ on o3.1l.r]02s and obtained relevant documents. Further, 3.d respondent callec the petitioner for the purpose of inquiry, subsequently, on 05.7I.2025 the petitioner attended without documents and further on 13.11.2025 the petitioner and submitted documents. 4. Learned Assistant Government pleader lor Ho.r: submitted that after completion of enquiry, the complaint of the 1ur rcspondent is closed as 'civil in nature, and the respondent autjtorities neither threatened nor pressurized the petitioner to settle the r)tatter.
5. Per contra learned counsel for the petitioner sr,lbmits that the petitioner was made to sit in the police station on c 5. I r .2o2s and again on 13.11.2025. However, submits that petirioner had given a complaint to the Sub-Inspector of police, Malkajgiri I,o lice Station/3ra respondent agarnst one Mohan Sharma and his hin:l..men for giving life threats, warnings and doing conspiracy against the petitioner and the said complaints were forwarded by e_ma I to Assistant Commissioner of police, Rachakonda Commissionerat e and Deputy Commissioner of police, Rachakonda Commissioneratc. \ \ J

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with consent directing the respondent authorities to take appropriate action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 10. ll.2}25 and grant police aid to the petitioner on need and necessity basis by strictly following the due procedure as contemplatcd under law.
