2. Heard Mr. Suresh Shiv Sagar, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.l to 3.

The brief facts of the case as stated are that a false suit has been filed by unofficia,l respondent No. 4 against one Bharath Rao and petitioner No. 1 in respect of the property bearing No. i 3- 1- 57212, admeasuring a total of 105.O0 sq. yards, situated at Dilavi,er Gunj, Dhoolpet, Hyderabad, Telangana, in O.S. No. 1829 of 2023, pending before the learned IX Junior C:i dl Judge, CiW Civil Court, Hyderabad, in which it is clearly acr ritted that the petitioners are in possession of the said pro1r, rty. Petitioner further submits that during the pendency oi the suit, the unoflicial respondent, along with one Mr. Mukesh iingh, with the help of Respondent No. 3, has been regularly callirr l petitioner No. l-who is a senior citizeo suffering from severit ailments and petitioner No.2 to P.S. Mangalhat and pressurisirl them to settle the civil dispute, failing which they have been t I :eatened to be implicated in false criminal cases. Aggrieved by he same, this present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Fl, me, basing on the instructions of the Sub Inspector of Police, I\[ mgalhat Police Station, would submit that one Mukesh Singt. has lodged a complaint on 2 5. lO .2025 before respondent No. i. In the said complaint, Mukesh Singh stated that he is residirl at H.No:13-1- 572/2, Upper Dhoolpet, Near Gandi Hanuman Terr rle, Hyderabad and that his cousin, Naveen Singh S/o Late Pra-kt sh Singh, sold his property bearing No:13-1-572 /2, Dllawar Gurr , admeasuring 55 Square Yards out of a total of 105 Square Yards to one Umesh 7' I Singh, and the remaining 5O Square yards was being occupied by \ \ Naveen Singh's family. He further submits that on 2nd May 2025, he purchased the said 55 Square yards of property from Umesh Singh and later asked petitioner No.2 to vacate his share of property. The petitioners entered an MOU/rental agreement stating that they would vacate the house within three months. It is further submitted by Mr.Mukesh Singh that he approached the petitioners and asked them to vacate as per their given period of time, but the petitioners began picking up quarrel with him and threatening him with dire consequences, and that the petitioners are now neither vacating nor giving him position of his property.

Learned Assistant Government pleader for Home further submits that based on the petition, respondent No.3 made entry vide Ack.No.HYD/MH_HJYD /2SIO2S / OO86t, dated 25. tO.2o2S, and for the purpose of enquiry, the Sub Inspector of police called the petitioners. The petitioner No.2 came to the police station, but he has not revealed any information and has not cooperated with the enquiry. Due to said non-cooperation, the enquiry on the compiaint given by Mr.Mukesh Singh is pending.

6. In view of the above, the petitioners shall cooperate in the pending enquiry with the Sub Inspector of police i.e., respondent -X No.3. The respondents police are directed to follt v due as contemplated under law, for further course of : :tion. 7.
